Fresh & Fancy Fruit Salad
Fresh & Fancy Fruit Salad


1/3 c. snipped fresh mint

1/3 c. honey

1/3 c. lime juice (for an adult only brunch or party recipe, substitute rum)


c. orange juice

1 large cantaloupe or honeydew melon (scooped balls or cut into bite sized chunks)

1 pineapple (cut into bite sized pieces) or a large can (drained)

3 c. strawberries (hulled, halved or quartered)

4 oz. blueberries

4 oz. blackberries

1 1/2 c. green and/or red seedless grapes

4 kiwi (peeled and cut into bite sized pieces)


To make the dressing, mix all liquid ingredients in a large bowl.

Add melon, pineapple, strawberries and grapes, and mix well. Add kiwi fruit and lightly toss.

Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving for best results. (Allow a minimum of 15 minutes for fruit to marinate before serving.)

We are six miles west, located in Barnesville, Lamar County, Georgia.
