Peanut Butter & Banana Yogurt Parfait

Great healthy breakfast or snack on the go! For a meal on the go, try putting it in a Mason jar with a lid, or a plastic container. Try adding a layer of a different type of fruit…Or to make a batch to use for a few days, omit the bananas and use berries.

Peanut Butter & Banana Yogurt Parfait 

 

 

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup nonfat light Greek or vanilla flavored yogurt
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter or Nutella
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
3 Tbsp. granola
1 banana, sliced
DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix yogurt and peanut butter together. In a separate bowl, toss nuts and granola together.

In a tall glass, begin to build parfait. Layer ½ cup yogurt, half of banana slices and 1 tablespoon of nut/granola mixture. Repeat layers.
