Need a healthy, easy side dish? Can’t get any easier or much delicious than this Sautéed Spinach recipe.
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch of fresh spinach, de-stemmed
2 tsp. freshly chopped garlic
1/4 c. freshly shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach to the skillet and cover; allow to cook 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic salt and cover again for another 5 minutes; remove from heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
