1 cantaloupe – peeled, seeded, and cubed
2 red apples, thinly sliced
1 cup red grapes
3-4 tangerines- peeled and separated
2 bananas- peeled and sliced
2 oz. orange, apple or pineapple juice
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
Layer about half the cantaloupe in the bottom of a large bowl; top with layers of about half the apple slices, grapes, tangerines, bananas and 1 ounce of juice. Repeat the layering.
Top the salad with coconut to serve. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
