Fresh Georgia peaches will be in soon! Our early varieties at Sweet Basil will be harvested soon. In honor of Peach Season, in the Peach State, let the recipes begin! This one is a yummy take on a classic recipe, so delicious and versatile. Serve with Tortilla chips, cold over grilled chicken, fish or salad or reduce to a chutney for a delicious summer dinner!

1 cup chopped peeled fresh peaches
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 cup chopped and peeled mango
2 Tablespoons chopped and seeded jalapeño pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
Splash of lime juice
2 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced fresh mint
1. Chop and prepare ingredients.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Taste. If desired, add another splash of lime juice and/or more jalapeños. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
