This salad is packed with Vitamin C, B’s potassium and magnesium… This is a very heart healthy recipe! Did you know that mango and tangerines are also great for your skin and hair?
- 2 tangerine peeled and segmented
- 1 mango peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 tbsp onion finely diced
- 1 tomato finely diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp rosemary leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp honey raw
- 1/2 lemon freshly juiced
- 1/4 tsp cumin ground
- (to taste) Himalayan pink salt
- (to taste) black ground pepper ground
- Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
- Toss well and serve.
