Tangerine & Mango Salad

This salad is packed with Vitamin C, B’s potassium and magnesium… This is a very heart healthy recipe! Did you know that mango and tangerines are also great for your skin and hair?

Ingredients

  • 2 tangerine peeled and segmented
  • 1 mango peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 tbsp onion finely diced
  • 1 tomato finely diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp rosemary leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp honey raw
  • 1/2 lemon freshly juiced
  • 1/4 tsp cumin ground
  • (to taste) Himalayan pink salt
  • (to taste) black ground pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl.
  2. Toss well and serve.
